Who We Are:
PSO-ICCA is a professional membership organization, representing all segments of the child care industry.
Membership is open to individuals, schools, firms, and corporations which are licensed and organized principally to provide child care service in the state of Illinois.
What We Do:
PSO-ICCA exists to provide a local, state, and national forum to give members information, resources, and a unified voice for child care.
Together, we ensure that the voice of the child care industry is heard.
Our team of professional lobbyists closely monitors events in Springfield and Washington, D.C., through the National Child Care Association, represenging the needs of our member centers as child care laws, regulations, and policies are developed.
Through our quarterly newsletter, monthly meetings, monthly mailings, and conferences, we keep you informed on matters concerning child care standards and issues that are developing on the state and national level.
Why You Should Join:
Daily events affect the future of your child care center. Bills are passed and laws are enacted to govern your actions. Negative news stories fail to differentiate the professional licensed providers from the unlicensed.
Through shared experience and knowledge, you can get real ideas for growing your business and solving daily problems that can translate to the bottom line!
No other organization in Illinois represents licensed child care centers which is why it's so important for you to become an active member today.
